1. General Information

The zapliance Agent Wilma is responsible for interactively analyzing and interpreting results within your business context, using a conversational chat interface and predefined analytical prompts. Based on the users' prompt, Wilma autonomously selects and applies the most suitable tools from her toolkit, documents the outcomes, and delivers actionable insights directly in the chat. Wilma operates exclusively within your locally installed zapHome instance; a prerequisite for using Wilma is the technical setup of zapHome OnPrem AI.

With Wilma’s general features and prerequisites established, the following sections provide detailed information on organizational aspects, technical requirements, onboarding procedures, and the specific solutions where Wilma can be utilized.

3. Technical details

  • LibreChat
    LibreChat provides the user interface for interacting with Wilma via natural language conversations. It enables business users to communicate with Wilma in an intuitive and accessible way, directly within the zapHome platform. Through Librechat, users can ask questions, upload documents, request analyses, and receive answers and guidance from Wilma in real time. All chat interactions are managed within your local environment, supporting data privacy and seamless integration into business workflows.
  • MCP 

    MCP (Model Context Protocol) is a standardized approach that enables an AI model to securely access external tools and data sources through standardized interfaces. MCP enables Wilma to retrieve relevant context, query systems, and utilize specialized capabilities in a controlled and auditable manner—enhancing accuracy, traceability, and integration into real-world workflows.

    To receive SAP-based answers within Wilma, the MCP server of the zapAgents Wolfgang, Werner, or Wickie must be connected. Each MCP server is licensed to operate a set of MCP tools. Wilma's functionalities depend on the licensed MCP tools.

  • Azure Open AI
    In the default setup, Wilma is connected to the Azure OpenAI Large Language Models, which enable Wilma to utilize the capabilities of models—such as GPT-4.1 or GPT-5. Through the connection to Azure Open AI, Wilma is capable to understand user queries, analyze results, and formulate relevant answers based on the licensed MCP toolset. This integration ensures high-quality language comprehension and leverages state-of-the-art, secure cloud-based AI technology.

  • Internet Connection

    By default, internet access is restricted.
    Exceptions:

    1. Endpoints embedded within Azure OpenAI may require internet access.
    2. In certain cases, it may be necessary to open specific ports for connections to the German federal government.

The setup of Wilma will take place during a joint meeting with your Customer Success Manager and the zapliance IT team.

4. Functional Onboarding Wilma

After successful data processing with the zapAgent Wolfgang, Werner, or Wickie, the user can analyse the results in the respective Power BI dashboards.

Wilma assists in analyzing the information displayed in Power BI, summarizing results, and supporting you in interpreting the data or formulating conclusions and recommended next steps.

Each indicator on your dashboard is designed with a specific analytical objective. By using prompts tailored to these objectives, you can direct Wilma to apply the appropriate audit logic, generate relevant breakdowns, and provide targeted, actionable insights instead of general responses.
