1. Overview and Product Role

The customer acquires a subscription license to use Team Werner within the scope defined in the Commercial Agreement. Werner provides capabilities for customer-approved SAP data extraction, data processing, indicator-based analytics, local machine-learning analysis, and result generation. These capabilities can be utilized in one-off or continuous solutions.

Werner requires a compatible zapHome Platform that is separately commissioned, deployed, and operational. The Commercial Agreement defines the subscribed scope. Features are available for use only where they are identified as available for Werner, activated through the applicable Solution Bundle, and covered by the Commercial Agreement. Technical availability alone does not establish license inclusion or activation.

2. Core Capabilities

Customer-approved one-off or recurring SAP data extraction through read-only SAP RFC within the agreed data scope.
Processing and structuring of extracted SAP data.
Indicator-based analytics and local machine-learning analysis based on the activated Processing Plan.
Generation of approved one-off or recurring results, including Power BI source files and supported export formats.
Customer-tailored analytical logic and company-specific control configurations where activated through the applicable Solution Bundle and covered by the Commercial Agreement.

2.1 General Features

The following features are included with Team Werner and are available without activation through a Solution Bundle.

User Login with Optional Multi-Factor Authentication	Authentication through login credentials with optional Multi-Factor Authentication.
Password Reset on Login Screen	Password reset directly from the login screen.
Change of Login Credentials	Modification of the email address and password used for authentication.
Email Notifications for Project Status	Automatic notifications about project status changes, completed activities, and processing errors.
Application Log Download	Download of application log files for troubleshooting, support, and audit purposes.
Content Bundle Upload	Upload of a Content Bundle (usually .zip file) provided by zapliance as part of a Solution Bundle. Activates the included project configuration, workspace, licenses, and features.

2.2 Solution Bundle-activated Features

The following features are available with Team Werner only when activated through the applicable Solution Bundle and covered by the Commercial Agreement.

3. License Coverage

License Coverage is determined exclusively by the items expressly included below and by the Commercial Agreement. A feature is not included in the license merely because it is technically available to Team Werner.

3.1 Included in the License

Use of Team Werner during the agreed subscription term.
The general features described in section 2.1.
The features identified as available in section 2.2, only to the extent activated through the applicable Solution Bundle and covered by the Commercial Agreement.
Product updates made generally available for Team Werner during the subscription term, subject to the applicable contractual terms.

3.2 Werner-specific Scope Limitations

Features marked as unavailable in section 2.2 are not available for Team Werner.
The recommended maximum project size is 100 million BSEG rows. Larger project sizes require separate technical evaluation and explicit agreement.
The compatible zapHome Platform, Agentic Team Solutions, Solution Bundles, Customer Success, and other services are not included solely by subscribing to Team Werner and must be covered separately by the Commercial Agreement where required.

4. Prerequisites

A compatible zapHome Platform must be separately commissioned, deployed, and operational.
User access to the required components through a supported web browser must be available.
The SAP systems required for RFC-based extraction must be available and accessible.
The prerequisites specified for the selected Agentic Team Solution and Solution Bundle must be fulfilled.

Platform configuration, deployment requirements, supported deviations, approval-required scenarios, and Platform-related customer responsibilities are governed by the applicable Platform Product Description.

5. Compatibility

Werner can be used with the Agentic Team Solutions listed below. The applicable Solution, project type, Platform, Solution Bundle, and Customer Success scope are selected and defined separately in the Commercial Agreement and the applicable Product Descriptions.

6. Commercial Model and Contract Parameters

7. Contractual Basis

7.1 Applicable Documents

The Commercial Agreement.
This Agentic Team Product Description.
The applicable Platform Product Description.
The applicable Agentic Team Solution Product Description.
The applicable Solution Bundle Product Description.
Any separately commissioned Customer Success or other service description.
The General Terms and Conditions of zapliance.

7.2 Contractual Precedence

In the event of a conflict, the order of precedence defined in the Commercial Agreement applies. If the Commercial Agreement does not define a specific order of precedence, the Commercial Agreement prevails over this Product Description and the General Terms and Conditions.
