1. Overview and Product Role

zapHome OnPrem AI (PLAT-OP-AI) is the technical platform for operating compatible Agentic Teams and Agentic Team Solutions within the customer's environment and provides the foundation for SAP-based analytics, monitoring, audit, governance and compliance use cases.

The platform provides the deployment architecture, runtime environment, data processing services, integration capabilities and AI services required to operate supported zapliance solutions.

Agentic Team capabilities and Solution entitlements are defined in the applicable Agentic Team and Agentic Team Solution Product Descriptions. Platform-related Customer Success requirements are defined in this Product Description. Additional requirements may apply depending on the selected Agentic Teams, Solutions, deployment architecture, and approved deviations.

2. Platform Architecture

Reference Architecture

Fig. 1: The reference architecture illustrates the standard technical structure and the interaction between customer-managed infrastructure, zapHome OnPrem AI components, source systems, and external services. The contractually applicable configuration is determined by the Standard Configuration, approved deviations, and the applicable Quote.

3. Platform Components

The Platform Components described below represent the technical elements of zapHome OnPrem AI. The subsequent product services describe the maintenance and provisioning services provided by zapliance as part of the product delivery.

Component

The availability and activation of individual Platform Components depend on the contractually agreed Standard Configuration, selected Agentic Teams, licensed Solutions, applicable Content Bundles, and the Quote. Technical availability of a component does not by itself establish license inclusion, activation, or entitlement.

Components listed in this section represent the technical architecture of the platform and do not automatically form part of the licensed scope.

4. License Coverage

The license coverage of zapHome OnPrem AI includes the provision of the Platform Components described in this Product Description and the product-related maintenance and provisioning services described below.

Unless expressly agreed otherwise in the Quote or a separate agreement, all services relate exclusively to a single productive instance of zapHome OnPrem AI. The number of provided instances is defined in the respective Quote or separate agreement. Unless otherwise agreed, the standard scope of delivery includes one productive instance. Additional test, development, staging, quality assurance, sandbox, high-availability, backup, or disaster recovery environments are not included in the standard service and require a separate agreement.
