Feature descriptions and license conditions

The Wilma 360° + JET Attachment Tool Bundle allows zapAgent Wilma to provide LLM-supported data and document analysis.

The Tool Bundle enables users to analyze project results, review SAP attachments, navigate to SAP source documents, and interact with project-specific data through MCP-based tools using natural language.


1. Purpose

The purpose of the Wilma 360° + JET Attachment Tool Bundle is to provide Wilma with the necessary toolset for reviewing and understanding analytical findings, SAP data, and SAP attachments delivered by other zapAgents (e.g. Werner).

The Tool Bundle enables business users to interact with project data without requiring technical knowledge of the underlying data structures, indicators, or SAP tables.


2. System Context

The Tool Bundle operates within zapAgent Wilma and requires a deployed and operational zapAgent Wilma. Wilma utilizes the customer-provided Azure OpenAI services.

The Wilma 360° + JET Attachment Tool Bundle activates features for the applicable Agent Team but does not provide the underlying platform or generic Agent functionality. 

    The infrastructure, deployment method, and system configuration are governed by the agreed zapHome setup. 


    3. Scope

    This product description defines:

    • the purpose and functional scope of the Tool Bundle Wilma 360° +  JET Attachment
    • the features activated by the Tool Bundle depending on the Agent Team

    This product description does not define:

    • generic Wilma features or requirements, which can be found in the Product Description zapAgent Wilma
    • general Wilma license conditions and cooperation obligations, which can be found in the Product Description zapAgent Wilma
    • generic features or requirements of zapHome
    • generic capabilities or requirements of zapAgents or Agent Teams
    • Customer Success services
    • Training and Consulting services
    • Custom Development services

      These are not part of the Wilma 360° + JET Attachment Tool Bundle. They are defined in their respective product descriptions.


      4.  Customer Responsibilities and       License Conditions

       The following general prerequisites apply when using the Wilma 360° + JET Attachment Tool Bundle:

      • the contractually agreed zapHome setup must be deployed and operational
      • zapAgent Wilma must be deployed and operational
      • a project MCP slot must be connected to Wilma to transfer project results
      • users must have access to Wilma via browser
      • all necessary technical, organizational, and governance requirements must be fulfilled

      The use of the Wilma 360° + JET Attachment Tool Bundle is governed by the commercial agreement details, including:

      • the zapHome setup
      • the selected Agent Team
      • the agreed project type
      • the agreed project scope (SAP clients, company codes, fiscal years)
      • the agreed service start date, service period, and minimum term

      Any restrictions regarding the available project data, analysis scope, attachment scope, or output scope defined in the commercial agreement apply to the Wilma 360° + JET Attachment Tool Bundle.

      In the event of any conflict between this product description and the commercial agreement, the commercial agreement shall prevail.

      The feature descriptions, license conditions and cooperation obligations detailed in the Product Description zapAgent Wilma apply. 


      5.       Features Activated by Agent Team

      The Wilma 360° + JET Attachment Tool Bundle activates specific SAP attachment download, LLM-supported data and document analysis, MCP-based interaction, and SAP document linking functionalities. The specific feature set depends on the contractually agreed Agent Team and project scope.
