Content Bundle Description 360°

License conditions, included plans, and feature overview

1. Overview

The Content Bundle 360° defines and activates the analytical scope for one-off projects within the contractually agreed zapHome setup and Agent Team.

It enables project-based use cases such as digital audit preparation and financial benchmarking by activating the required SAP extraction ("download plan"), data processing ("processing plan"), output ("result plan"), and interface features for the applicable Agent Team.

The customer acquires a license to use the Content Bundle 360° within the contractually agreed scope. The license includes only what is expressly listed under “Included in the License” in the section “License Coverage.”

The Content Bundle 360° is designed exclusively for one-off projects. It does not enable continuous, recurring or scheduled projects (Continuous Monitoring).

The license and use of the Content Bundle 360° are subject to this Product Description, the commercial agreement and all other applicable documents (see section “License Conditions”).


2. Content of This Product Description

2.1 This Product Description defines:

    • the purpose and functional scope of the Content Bundle 360°;
    • the license coverage of the Content Bundle 360°;
    • the plans included in the license;
    • the features activated for each eligible Agent Team;
    • the prerequisites for using the Content Bundle.

2.2 This Droduct Description does not define such matters as:

  • Custom Content Bundles;
  • feature-specific details, which can be found in the Product Description zapAnalytics:
    • feature description;
    • cooperation obligations;
    • customer responsibilities;
  • generic features, requirements, license conditions or cooperation obligations of zapAnalytics, which can be found in the Product Description zapAnalytics;
  • zapHome;
  • zapAgents or Agent Teams;
  • Continuous Monitoring;
  • Customer Success services;
  • Training and Consulting services;
  • Custom Development services.

These matters are governed by the applicable Product Descriptions.

3. System Context

The Content Bundle 360° operates within the contractually agreed zapHome setup and requires a deployed and operational zapAgent Team. The Agent Teams eligible to use the Content Bundle are listed below.

The Content Bundle 360° activates features for the applicable Agent Team but does not provide the underlying platform or generic Agent functionality.

The infrastructure, deployment method, and system configuration are governed by the agreed zapHome setup.

4. License Coverage

The license coverage is determined exclusively by the section “Included in the license.” Only what is explicitly listed there is part of the license.

The section “Not included in the license” only provides common examples for additional clarification. It is not exhaustive. The absence of an item from that section does not mean that the item is included in the license.

4.1 Included in the license

The license includes:

    • one execution of the one-off project within the parameters defined in the commercial agreement, including:
      • zapHome setup;
      • zapAgent Team;
      • project scope (SAP clients, company codes, and fiscal years);
      • service start date, service period and (if applicable) minimum term;
    • upload and activation of the Content Bundle (typically .zip file) in the customer-operated zapAnalytics environment;
    • included plans described in this Product Description;
    • included features described in this Product Description.

      The license applies only to the contractually agreed one-off project. Any additional project or execution is not included in the license.

      4.2 Not included in the license

      For clarification, the license does not include in particular:

        • continuous, recurring or scheduled project execution (Continuous Monitoring);
        • more than one execution of the one-off project;
        • extraction, processing or result generation outside the agreed scope;
        • modifications of the download plan, e.g. customer-specific data extraction logic;
        • modifications of the processing plan, e.g. customer-specific indicators or analysis logic;
        • modifications of the result plan, e.g. customer-specific outputs or interfaces;
        • any other Custom Development services;
        • SAP attachment downloads;
        • LLM- / AI-supported data or attachment analysis;
        • Power BI licenses;
        • interpretation or validation of analysis results by zapliance.

        This list only serves as additional clarification and is not exhaustive. An item or service is not included in the license unless it is expressly listed under “Included in the license.”

        Any additional item or service requires a separate contractual agreement.

        5. License Conditions and Prerequisites

        5.1 License Conditions

        The use of the Content Bundle 360° is governed by the commercial agreement details, including:

          • the zapHome setup;
          • the zapAgent Team;
          • the agreed project scope, including SAP clients, company codes and fiscal years;
          • the agreed service start date, service period and minimum term.

        Any restrictions regarding SAP data scope, analysis scope, or output scope defined in the commercial agreement apply to the Content Bundle 360°.

        In the event of any conflict between this product description and the commercial agreement, the commercial agreement shall prevail.

        In addition to this Product Description and the commercial agreement, the following documents apply:

        5.2 Prerequisites

        The following general prerequisites apply when using the Content Bundle 360°:

          • the contractually agreed zapHome setup must be deployed and operational;
          • the zapAnalytics environment must be available;
          • the agreed Agent Team must be operational;
          • the availability of the agreed SAP data scope must be ensured;
          • all necessary technical, organizational, and governance requirements must be fulfilled.

        6. Data Protection and Pseudonymization

        Each zapliance Content Bundle is subject to an internal data protection assessment. For the Content Bundle 360°, the following applies:

          • Irreversible pseudonymization
            The standard results apply the zapliance pseudonymization logic. This includes, for example, the pseudonymization of SAP usernames through irreversible hashing. The original values cannot be calculated or restored from the pseudonymized data by either the customer or zapliance. A detailed overview of the affected data is available from zapliance upon request.
          • Anonymization for zapliance
            Information provided only in pseudonymized, masked, or identifier-based form is anonymized from zapliance’s perspective. zapliance has no access to the customer’s SAP system and therefore cannot resolve or attribute this information.
          • Data access
            Customer data and analysis results remain in the customer’s IT environment. zapliance has no access data unless the customer explicitly grants and enables temporary access for a specific purpose, such as workshops or support. The customer determines which permissions are granted and when access is removed. 
          • Customer-specific exceptions
            Where the customer requires specific data in plain text, the relevant data can be excluded from pseudonymization through a Custom Content Bundle. This requires a separate contractual agreement with zapliance. 

        7. Included Standard Plans

        7.1 Download Plan

        Download plans determine the data scope to be deterministically extracted from SAP systems. The data scope is defined and approved by the customer.

        • Table and column overview

          The necessary RFC authorizations are also listed in the Excel file linked above. Select the sheet "RFC Authorizations" at the bottom to view the relevant information.

        7.2 Processing Plan

        Processing plans determine the automated processing of extracted data in zapAnalytics.

        • Indicator scope 
          The selection of indicators is tailored to the 360° objective.

        7.3 Result Plan

        Result plans define the output format of the project results.

        Once data processing is complete, the following result files can be downloaded from zapAnalytics:

        • Power BI templates (.pbit) 
          Template files for report creation. 
          • Understanding Processes: Overview of SAP usage and related processes
          • Indicators: Results of indicator analysis
        • zapAnalytics result files (.parquet) 
          Processed data files - imported into Power BI as source files for reports.
        • SAP documents per indicator (.xlsx) 
          One Excel file per indicator listing all SAP documents the indicator has marked.

        8. Features Activated by Agent Team

        The Content Bundle 360° activates specific management, SAP data extraction, data processing, and output functionalities. The specific feature set depends on the contractually agreed Agent Team and project scope.
