Content Bundle Description 360°

Feature descriptions and license conditions

The Content Bundle 360° defines the analytical scope for one-off projects within the contractually agreed zapHome setup and Agent Team.

It enables project-based use cases such as digital audit preparation and benchmarking by activating the required SAP extraction ("download plan"), data processing ("processing plan"), output ("result plan"), and interface features for the applicable Agent Team.


1. Purpose

The purpose of the Content Bundle 360° is to define and activate the SAP analytics capabilities required for one-off projects. It determines the SAP data extracted, the processing logic utilized, and the results produced within the agreed project scope.

The Content Bundle 360° defines only the Content Bundle-specific analytical scope. Generic capabilities of zapAgents are defined in their respective product descriptions.


2. System Context

The Content Bundle 360° operates within the contractually agreed zapHome setup and requires a deployed and operational zapAgent Team. The Agent Teams eligible to use the Content Bundle are listed below.

The Content Bundle 360° activates features for the applicable Agent Team but does not provide the underlying platform or generic Agent functionality.

The infrastructure, deployment method, and system configuration are governed by the agreed zapHome setup.


3. Scope

This product description defines:

  • the purpose and functional scope of the Content Bundle 360°
  • the features activated by the Content Bundle depending on the Agent Team

This product description does not define:

  • generic features or requirements of zapAnalytics, which can be found in the Product Description zapAnalytics
  • general zapAnalytics license conditions and cooperation obligations, which can be found in the Product Description zapAnalytics
  • generic features or requirements of zapHome
  • generic capabilities or requirements of zapAgents or Agent Teams
  • Customer Success services
  • Training and Consulting services
  • Custom Development services

These are not part of the Content Bundle 360°. They are defined in their respective product descriptions.

4. Customer Responsibilities and License Conditions

The following general prerequisites apply when using the Content Bundle 360°:

  • the contractually agreed zapHome setup must be deployed and operational
  • the zapAnalytics environment must be available
  • the agreed Agent Team must be operational
  • the availability of the agreed SAP data scope must be ensured
  • all necessary technical, organizational, and governance requirements must be fulfilled

The use of the Content Bundle 360° is governed by the commercial agreement details, including:

  • the zapHome setup
  • the selected Agent Team
  • the agreed project type
  • the agreed project scope (SAP clients, company codes, fiscal years)
  • the agreed service start date, service period and minimum term

Any restrictions regarding SAP data scope, analysis scope, or output scope defined in the commercial agreement apply to the Content Bundle 360°.

The Content Bundle 360° is designed for one-off analytical projects. Any continuous execution logic is governed separately.

In the event of any conflict between this product pescription and the commercial agreement, the commercial agreement shall prevail.

The feature descriptions, license conditions and cooperation obligations detailed in the Product Description zapAnalytics apply.


5. Features Activated by Agent Team

The Content Bundle 360° activates specific management, SAP data extraction, data processing, and output functionalities. The specific feature set depends on the contractually agreed Agent Team and project scope.
