Why does the indicator show more documents than indicated in the profile?
During your audit with zapAudit, you can observe that some indicators contain more documents in number than listed in the profile.
Take a good look at the screenshot below to get a good example:
(Indicator 66 shows 1,252 Documents - The Details in the profile list show more than 1,703)
Explanation
In fact, the indicator marks individual document items.
If a document within an indicator is assigned to more than one profile, the document will be counted more than once (as shown here in the screenshot).
As a result, the total number of documents in the indicator list can be smaller than the sum of the profile documents.
