The solution Continuous Control Monitoring (CCM) currently consists of two products, one for each phase. A CCM project starts with an initial ICS assessment, serving as the basis for customer-specific Continuous Controls implemented afterwards.

Initial ICS Assessment
1. Download Plan
Download plans define the scope of data extracted from the SAP system.
- Table and column overview
The following Excel file contains SAP tables and columns extracted. Select the sheet "SAP Tables ICS Assessment" at the bottom to view relevant tables: CCM RFC rights and SAP tables - RFC authorizations
The necessary RFC authorizations are also listed in the Excel file linked above. Select the sheet "RFC Authorizations" at the bottom to view the relevant information.
2. Processing Plan
Processing plans define the automated processing of extracted data in zapAnalytics.
- Indicator scope
The selection of indicators is tailored to the initial ICS Assessment objective.

3. Result Plan
Result plans define the output format of the project results.
Once data processing is complete, the following result files can be downloaded from zapAnalytics:
- Power BI templates (.pbit)
Template files for report creation.

- Indicator Overview: Results of indicator analyses
- zapAnalytics result files (.parquet)
Processed data files imported into Power BI as source files for report creation. - SAP documents per indicator (.xlsx)
One Excel file per indicator listing all SAP documents the indicator has marked.
