Content Bundle Description - Digital Audit Preparation

This article provides a detailed overview of included plans

The solution Digital Audit Preparation currently offers the following content bundles, each containing a customized set of download, processing, and result plans. 

Select a content bundle for detailed information on each plan included: 

 

360° Audit

1. Download Plan

Download plans define the scope of data extracted from the SAP system.  

    • Table and column overview
      The following Excel file contains SAP tables and columns extracted for each content bundle. Select the sheet "SAP Tables 360° Audit" at the bottom to view relevant tables: DAP RFC authorizations and SAP tables
    • RFC authorizations
      The necessary RFC authorizations are also listed in the Excel file linked above. Select the sheet "RFC Authorizations" at the bottom to view the relevant information. 

2. Processing Plan 

Processing plans define the automated processing of extracted data in zapAnalytics. 

    • Indicator scope 
      The selection of indicators is tailored to the 360° Audit objective. 
      The following Excel file contains indicators for each content bundle, along with a detailed description. Select the sheet "360° Audit" at the bottom to view relevant indicators: Indicators

3. Result Plan

Result plans define the output format of the project results.  

Once data processing is complete, the following result files can be downloaded from zapAnalytics: 

    • Power BI templates (.pbit) 
      Template files for report creation. 
      • General Overview: Overview of SAP usage
      • Indicator Overview: Results of indicator analysis
    • zapAnalytics result files (.parquet) 
      Processed data files - imported into Power BI as source files for reports. 
    • SAP documents per indicator (.xlsx) 
      One Excel file per indicator listing all SAP documents the indicator has marked.

Purchase-to-Pay (P2P)

1. Download Plan

Download plans define the scope of data extracted from the SAP system.  

  • Table and column overview
    The following Excel file contains SAP tables and columns extracted for each content bundle. Select the sheet "SAP Tables Purchase-to-Pay" at the bottom to view relevant tables: DAP RFC authorizations and SAP tables
  • RFC authorizations
    The necessary RFC authorizations are also listed in the Excel file linked above. Select the sheet "RFC Authorizations" at the bottom to view the relevant information.

Processing plans define the automated processing of extracted data in zapAnalytics.
